sqlcipher (256 bit AES encryption SQLite extension)

SQLCipher is a standalone fork of SQLite that adds 256 bit AES
encryption of database files and other security features.
This version has been patched to rename its headers and libraries
(e.g., /usr/include/sqlcipher), allowing it to coexist with the
standard system SQLite without file collisions.
This is required by applications like qTox that need standalone
encryption support.
