NOTE: 

The 'hwlatdetect' utility requires the kernel to be compiled
with CONFIG_HWLAT_TRACER=y. If this option is not set in your
current kernel, hwlatdetect will fail with a "DetectorNotAvailable"
error. Other tools like 'cyclictest' will work regardless of this
setting.
