mandoc (mdoc/man UNIX manpage compiler toolset)

mandoc is a suite of tools compiling mdoc, the roff
macro language format of BSD manual pages, and man.

This package installs the mandoc toolset alongside mman,
mapropos, mwhatis, and mandocdb to avoid conflicting with
the default man-db system package.
